1. Our Services

3DByVincent provides custom 3D printing and laser engraving services. Services may include:

• Custom 3D printing

• Custom laser engraving

• Production of customer-provided designs

• Custom products and personalized items

• Small-batch or individual orders

The availability of specific materials, colors, finishes, sizes, and production options may vary.

We reserve the right to decline an order or request at our discretion, including orders that we believe may violate applicable laws, third-party intellectual property rights, or our safety requirements.
 

2. Orders and Quotes

Customers may request a quote by providing information about the desired product or service.

Quotes may be based on factors including:

• Material

• Size and dimensions

• Print time

• Laser engraving time

• Machine time

• Design complexity

• Quantity

• Finishing or post-processing requirements

A quote is not considered an accepted order until it has been approved and, when applicable, payment has been received.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, description, or other errors before an order is accepted.
 

3. Customer-Provided Files

Customers may provide 3D models, images, logos, drawings, or other files for production.

You represent that you have the legal right to use and reproduce any files, artwork, logos, images, or designs you submit.

You are responsible for ensuring that your submitted files do not infringe another person's or company's copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to refuse files or orders that we reasonably believe may violate intellectual property rights or applicable law.
 

4. Design and Print Variations

3D printing and laser engraving are manufacturing processes, and minor variations may occur.

Depending on the material and production process, finished products may have:

• Minor surface imperfections

• Layer lines

• Small dimensional variations

• Color variations

• Slight differences from digital renderings or photographs

• Minor engraving or cutting variations

These characteristics are normal and do not necessarily indicate a defective product.

We will make reasonable efforts to produce items according to the approved specifications.
 

5. Customer Approval

For custom orders, we may provide a preview, proof, or other information for customer approval when appropriate.

Once a customer approves a design, changes requested afterward may require additional fees or may not be possible if production has already begun.

Customers are responsible for reviewing approved designs, dimensions, spelling, names, logos, and other details before production.
 

6. Turnaround Times

Estimated production times are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

Production times may be affected by:

• Order volume

• Material availability

• Machine availability

• Design changes

• Equipment maintenance

• Shipping delays

• Unexpected production issues

We will make reasonable efforts to complete orders within the estimated timeframe.
 

7. Payments

Payment may be required before production begins, depending on the order.

Accepted payment methods and payment requirements may vary.

Orders may not enter production until required payment has been received.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline orders when payment cannot be successfully processed.
 

8. Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible.

If production has not started, we may be able to cancel an order.

Once an order has entered production, cancellation may not be possible. Custom-made products may be subject to additional cancellation restrictions because they are produced specifically for the customer.
 

9. Returns and Refunds

Because many of our products are custom-made, returns may not be accepted simply because a customer changes their mind or no longer wants the product.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the agreed-upon specifications, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may request photographs or other information to evaluate the issue.

If we determine that a product was defective or incorrectly produced, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement, repair, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
 

10. Shipping and Delivery

When shipping is offered, customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided by customers, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery times are generally controlled by the carrier.
 

11. Intellectual Property

The 3DByVincent name, branding, logos, website content, photographs, graphics, text, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to 3DByVincent unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit our original website content or branding without permission.

Customer-owned designs remain the property of their respective owners, subject to any rights necessary for us to manufacture the requested product.
 

12. Product Use and Safety

Customers are responsible for using products appropriately and according to their intended purpose.

3D-printed and laser-engraved products may not be suitable for every application.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, our products are not guaranteed to be:

• Food-safe

• Medical devices

• Child-safety products

• Load-bearing or structural components

• Heat-resistant products

• Certified for use in safety-critical applications

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for their intended use.

We are not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper use, modification, misuse, or use outside the intended purpose of a product.
 

13. Prohibited Orders

We reserve the right to refuse orders involving products or designs that are illegal, dangerous, or otherwise inappropriate.

This may include requests to manufacture items that violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

We may cancel an order if information becomes available indicating that the requested product cannot legally or safely be produced.
 

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3DByVincent will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Our total liability relating to an order will generally not exceed the amount actually paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim, except where a greater amount is required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We make reasonable efforts to keep our website available and accurate. However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free, secure, or free from interruptions.
